Red Wine with Cheese Pops

Cheese buns and wine or coffee?

Perfect for a Happy Hour!

Hmmm... It combines very well a glass of red Chianti wine with a cheese pop. This wine is typical of Tuscany, in Italy, but there is no specific year or place for the start of production. Its elemental composition is from the Sangiovese grape. Because it is susceptible to external factors, such as soil and climate, the wines become unique because the aromas will vary according to the cultivation. The striking flavour of the Cheddar allows for a perfect combination with a light and fruity wine like Chianti.
